2023 Honda Civic Type R Trims

R-trim

The R-trim is the more affordable option in the Civic Type R lineup. It features a 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine with 295 lb-ft of torque and 306 horsepower. You'll also find an Adaptive Damper System, an independent rear suspension, dual exhausts, and a six-speed manual transmission. The exterior design of the R-trim is more classic compared to the other trims but still has an aggressive stance for improved performance on the roads.

FK8

The FK8 trim features an aggressive and aerodynamic body that's designed to hug the road. Boost your power with the 2.0-litre inline-four-cylinder engine that produces 310 lb-ft of torque and 315 horsepower. You can also enjoy a six-speed manual transmission and Brembo brakes for improved stopping power. The FK8 comes with a spoiler to increase its aerodynamic capabilities, and you can choose from a range of exterior colours. Inside the cabin, you'll find a sport-oriented interior with red accents and aluminum pedals.

FK9

The FK9 trim differs from the FK8 thanks to its more luxurious features and exterior. This trim includes a black-chrome grille, 19-inch wheels, sport seats upholstered with leather and suede fabric, and a red interior lining. The FK9 also has a six-speed manual transmission with paddle shifters and a dual-pinion adaptive electric power steering system.
